Your donation may be made to one of three distinct funds as described below -

CanSupport Home Care Project Fund
This fund is used to meet all operating expenses incurred in delivering our Home Care services to beneficiaries. If you wish to make a donation to the Home Care Project Fund, please ensure that cheques/drafts/transfers are made out to "CanSupport Home Care Project Fund".
Donations made to the Home Care Project fund are eligible for 100% tax exemption under section 35AC of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961.

CanSupport Corpus Fund
The Corpus Fund has been established to help make us self-reliant and to generate regular interest income to provide sustainable services to our beneficiaries in the long run.
If you would like to make a donation to the Corpus Fund, please ensure that cheques/drafts are made out to "CanSupport Corpus Fund".
Donations to the Corpus Fund are also eligible for 100% tax exemption under section 35AC of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961.
CanSupport General Fund
This fund is used to meet all other expenses incurred in the provision of Supportive Care services, and in the running of CanSupport. I you would like to make a donation to the CanSupport General Fund, please ensure that cheques and drafts are made out to "CanSupport"
Donations made to the CanSupport General Fund are eligible for 50% tax exemption under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Funding a specific project or activity
If you would like to fund a specific CanSupport project or activity, please send us a message (click here). We will contact you to discuss possible options.
Some examples of specific projects are:
- meeting the costs of a Home Care Team for six months or a year
- meeting the costs of running a Field Centre for six months or a year
- meeting the cost of renovation of an Area Centre
- meeting the cost of Day Care for six months or a year etc
